Order Processing

All orders are processed and delivered within 7-30 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays). The delivery dates are subject to change for a few couture garments. Please check them before placing the order

Shipping Regions & Delivery Methods

We currently ship globally.

Orders are shipped using registered courier partners.

Standard shipping is the default method. Expedited or express shipping may be offered depending on product and location; availability will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of items and the destination. These charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) containing the tracking number and link. Use this to track your package on the courier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation, contact us at info@bani-pasricha.com.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Packages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or if the product inside is incorrect or defective, please refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours at info@bani-pasricha.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by you at checkout.
Courier company issues beyond our control.
Force-majeure events (natural disaster, strikes, transport disruptions, etc.).

Failed Delivery & Re-delivery

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery. If a second delivery attempt fails or the parcel remains unclaimed, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges for re-delivery may apply — we will notify you about this in advance.

We may revise this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business practices, courier contracts, or external factors. Updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. We recommend you check this page periodically before placing your order.
